When you sign in, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and membership role so we can confirm you have active access. We store the profiles you add to your workspace and the related workspace metrics shown in the dashboard, plus basic technical logs needed to keep the site running and to rate-limit abuse.

Data is used only to operate the dashboard: verifying access, showing your workspace metrics, generating recommendations, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, third-party tools that power workspace features, and AI text generation. Those providers process data only to deliver those functions. They are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, this site beyond providing their services.

Workspace data is kept while your membership is active. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time using the contact below, and we will remove it from our systems.
